My Interest and Experience

My interest in holistic health has expanded for over three decades and continues to be central in my approach in your treatment. I believe that it is crucial to not only address the physical aspects of your pain through chiropractic care but also to recognize the interconnectedness of stress management, nutrition, thoughts, and beliefs to promote overall well-being.

In 1990 I graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri. As part of the curriculum, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition as well.

In 2015 I became a Certified Zero Balancing practitioner as my interest in the profound link between mind and body continued to grow. This further deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and its potential for healing and well-being.

In 2016 I began an extensive Functional Medicine program with the Kresser Institute. This program provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of the human body's functions and emphasized the significance of identifying underlying causes rather than merely alleviating symptoms.

In 2020, I completed the HeartMath Interventions Certification Program for Health Professionals, from the HeartMath Institute. This program illuminated the profound relationship between the heart and brain, and how it influences our emotions, perceptions, intuition, thoughts and overall well-being.
